"You're kind of being Mr. Attitude about the whole thing."

This seriously just baffles me. He just said he has to go to a meeting, but he popped in to see Noah on his way. Which was totally sweet of him. But nope, not good enough for Noah!

"When the film is done, and Mason gives me my grade, the collaboration is over."

Yeah, emphasis on the second part there, Noah! Even though he knows Mason is acting inappropriately, he's putting his own goals first. And he doesn't believe that Mason said it was open season, but he doesn't think Luke is lying. Er...so which is it? But he just pushes it all aside because his movie and his grade is way more important to him than Luke or what Mason is doing.

In what universe would you immediately jump into the fray to defend the sleazy professor and to assume the man you [claim to] love was to blame?

Not only the douche universe, but the universe where your movie comes before your boyfriend! Asshole.

Can Noah really be that self involved that he thinks the dean actually gives a flying fuck whether or not his film gets made (rhetorical question -- of COURSE Noah can be that self involved!).

Right? The dean cares about a professor acting inappropriately with a student!! And of course, the complete hypocrisy here of Noah not caring about honesty or the right thing when it's HIS ass/desires on the line is just amazing.

Another ten seconds passed of Luke NOT distracting Noah at all before Noah commented that something wasn't right with the fireworks, then another ten seconds before it all blew up in Noah's face. The way Noah acted for the next six months, you would think Luke had been standing in front of him, shouting, waving crap in his face, and shaking the ladder. Luke wasn't in any way responsible for the accident... One and only one person was responsible for that accident, and that person was Noah.

THIS. Noah is the only person to blame.

it really convinces me that what he told Luke all those months later -- that he never actually blamed Luke, but that he wanted to punish Luke so that Luke would hurt as much as he did -- was the 100% truth. And he knew Luke well enough to know that Luke would accept the blame, that Luke was probably already blaming himself, because when DOESN'T Luke blame himself?

And the thing that's really unforgiveable is that he didn't just punish Luke for a few days, or a week, or even a month. But for months on end, despite the fact that Luke bent over backwards to help him.

Awww, Damian being all emo and upset about the accident. *draws fangirly hearts around Paolo*

But the reason why Luke is made of wonderful and you are an emotionally abusive piece of shit, is that Luke went out of his way to make sure you knew you weren't to blame.

Exactly.

Luke is 10000% percent right when he says that it doesn't matter whether or not Mason ever had a shot at breaking him and Noah apart, what matters is that what Mason was doing was WRONG.

THIS. "It doesn't matter anymore who was wrong and who was right." Uh, except you remind Luke of how wrong you think he was for months on end! Basically it just doesn't matter that Mason was wrong.

"Luke? Are you even here"?

This after pushing him away with both hands! Literally!

if Noah's bad attitude had just lasted a few episodes, I would have found it understandable and forgivable.

Absolutely. But yeah, it just keeps going and going and going. He is the Energizer Bunny of douches. And Luke just takes Noah's abuse. And I hate that Lily doesn't disagree with Noah's anti-Luke/Damian tirade!

Yeah, emphasis on the second part there, Noah! Even though he knows Mason is acting inappropriately, he's putting his own goals first.

We should just start calling it "pulling a Noah" anytime Noah puts his own needs ahead of any needs any other person on the planet might have.

And of course, the complete hypocrisy here of Noah not caring about honesty or the right thing when it's HIS ass/desires on the line is just amazing.

Actually, at this point, I think I might be amazed if Noah had acted any other way!

Awww, Damian being all emo and upset about the accident. *draws fangirly hearts around Paolo*

I love Paolo so much! Why did ATWT have to throw his character under the bus? Why couldn't they have kept him around as a interesting character who was painted in a lot of shades of gray? I mean, sure, he would almost certainly have lost Lily if it had come to light that he had known all along that Holden was alive, and that he'd had an affair with Meg to keep her from spilling the beans, but he still could have stayed in town and worked on his relationship with his son. But then all that crap in his last few weeks with him poisoning the cake and framing Meg for it, and then trying to kill Meg and locking her in a trunk, and then faking his death and framing Holden for it.... why did they have to do all that and all but make him the cliche of the mustache-twirling villain? Why couldn't they have just left him GRAY?!?

Seriously! Because they're hacks and terrible, terrible storytellers. And when they decide to throw someone under the bus, they back up a few times to make sure the character is well and truly destroyed.
