Postcard from Arizona
Guys, it's been forever since I've updated. I don't really have a whole lot to say. I'm trying to get adjusted to the new season, without certain faces, we'll leave it at that. There's only so much that IM can subsitute for. Anyway, spring training is rolling along and it's good to be out there. I'm slated to start the first exhibition game of the year. No pressure, really!
Now, the 10,000 dollar question: Why did Barry decide to dress as Paula instead of Simon? Fassero? Way too nice for Simon.
Your guess is as good as mine, but Christ, it's entertaining. Comedy gold, people. I hope this also shuts up everyone for awhile about what an asshole Barry is. Come on ... how big of an asshole can someone be if they'll dress up in a mumu and plastic sandals with socks? (Don't answer that.)
And if anyone was paying attention to anything other than Barryetta, they would have heard some fine, fine singing. In my opinion, the clear winner was our own Brian Wilson, who did "White Wedding." Tell me it didn't rock! It rocked. But Sadler had some fans too, judging on "musical merit," whatever that is. He didn't have bleach-white hair, so he gets to come in second.
