Bela decided to drop in on the boys, Sam in particular. She hadn't seem him for a bit and actually missed him. She'd never admit that out loud unless Sam somehow got it out of her. She pulled on her trench coat and slipped out to her car driving to where they were. As she pulled up she saw Dean on his way out no doubt off to the next girl of the night.

She went and knocked on the door of the hotel room waiting for Sam to open the door. She had a lil surprise for the younger Winchester brother.
