Welcome to this week's DPP, everyone!

I'm going to kick this off with something we haven't had at all this year (WAY too long if you ask me), i.e.

THE FRIENDING MEME!!!!!!!!
I've noticed some new faces among the comments in the last few months, so whether you're new to the comm or a returning friendly, consider this the Shipper Nation Roll Call aka ( Read more... )

WAW - apparently it's that time again.... BTW, thanks bb for this. These threads are always like a very welcomed slap to reality for me (and I guess I'm not the only one).

When I saw the post a couple of things crossed my mind. Some (not all) of them were like: how the frak did I manged to answer all of this last time and why did the answers keep changing on a daily basis. and then there was the part about the guilt of not really being active these last couple of months. And the fact that I should probably do a post on my LJ about what went on and all of that RL crap. But enough about my rambling self...

Name/Callsign: Ana-Maria
Age/Location (if you want): 33, Bucuresti (even if Eastern Europe is usually enough)
When did you start watching BSG? aaaaa... 2,3 (?) years ago? about the time that they announced Caprica. Don't ask cause the story about me and starting BSG is known to provoke headaches.
Why do you ship K/L? Do we actually have to answer this? Because they are THEM????
Do you ship anyone else in the show? ship, like ship ( ... )

Other fandoms: depends on the level of involvment... there are a couple that I was (still am) sort of involved in but I usually tend just to watch a show and when it's over, it's over. Which makes this one so special. almost 3 years after I watched it I still think about it.
Favourite book: There is one book (series of books) in Romanian. Long story... but it involves spies, paranormal and alien activities, a lot of romance and other stuff.
Favourite movie: Depends of when you ask. These days I'm sort of obsessed (like some of you) with Avengers.
Favourite tv show (currently airing): White Collar, Rookie Blue, ....
Favourite tv show(completed): today.... Star Trek: Enterprise - I just finished watching it a couple of days ago. All in all.... probably JAG or the original L&O. Hard to choose.

What do you post on your journal? Lately, nothing at all. What I would like to post is a totally different story.
Are you open to adding new friends to your FList or are you just super private and prefer to keep things locked down until you ( ... )

lol your favourite and least favourite characters, it looks like the rewatch is really getting to us :)

And you like the QoD scene at Joe's? That's a first, that scene is such a fountain of neverending angst (though I suppose that is the appeal). And it does feed shippers just enough hope for pilots because it makes it pretty clear they still love each other despite what they've decided.

PS: I don't have a drivers' licence either. Nice to know I'm not alone in that!

Actually it's not the scene itself. I don't like the scene (or at least what it represents). But I do like the eyefraking and the strange hope behind it - even if I know that it's in vain. Call me crazy.

and YEAH, the rewatch is getting to us. *sigh* and OMGs UB is like - next week or something???? we'll need lots and lots of beers and tissues.

yeah, the eyefrakking does make it quite clear we're not done with pilots romantically just yet, and for that I'm very grateful T_T

I think UB is going to be in a couple of weeks? Beer will not be enough for me, it calls for something stronger (not too much of it though, I want to be able to type out my angst).

Living in Barcelona, I never really needed it, so I got my driving license less than a year ago. It's useful, but it was the most traumatic experience of my life (and sooooo expensive!)
