Moving
The warehouse was great, amazing space to workout in, easy rooftop access and best of all, an easily concealed area to hide the Robin gear in. Computers, wardrobe, the arsenal of gadgets, everything was easy to keep away from his normal space.
Unfortunately, it just wasn't secure anymore. With Kadaj over so often and his growing friendship with Bruce, he couldn't afford to be this uncautious. He doubted Kadaj would ever go wandering around his place, it just wasn't his style, but the danger was still there and that danger was an unacceptable risk. Bruce would go snooping, investigating. He knew there were things Tim hadn't told him and as such, he'd look until he found out what it was, it was simply in his nature, he just couldn't help it.
So he packs everything up and has it sent across town, using the various companies his Bruce had cleared for any kind of movement like this. It's just a small move this time though, and hey, who knows what he can do with the extra space.
