Now that I'm here, now that you're near, in Xanadu...
I know that Xanadu isn't a big, brassy, Broadway show. But it was the little show that could, an underestimated musical that very few people believed in at the start. But it inspired me to, if anything, create art and be happy, and that's all I can ask. It gave me the opportunity to meet my ultimate role model, Kerry Butler, and that is something I will never forget. Although it's closing on Broadway in a few hours, it will always be remembered. To quote the Xanadu Tony Campaign, "Yes it can!"
