Every once in a while, living in this city kinda blows my fucking mind. Where else could this happen to a fangirl over a two-week period, I ask you? I got to see:
- Robert Sean Leonard reading a bitter-hilarious piece by David Sedaris in
Humor Me (very funny in a not-Wilson-ish way)
- Johnny Weir performing "Bad Romance" AND a new routine "Heartbroken"
at the Chelsea Piers (HE IS MAGNIFICENT. BOOK THE DAMN MSG RIGHT NOW.)
- Chris Pine sitting attentively in the audience of the wonderful production of
Creditors at BAM, directed by his old pal Alan Rickman (no words, really, no fucking words!!! ...omgCFine♥)
NY, baby, you are spoiling me rotten.
(Add to this the recent renewal of Southland by TNT - tears in my goddamn eyes! - plus scored tickets to the Adam Lambert shows in NY and CT this June - Glam Nation FTW!!! - and hey, how about the little joys of SUPERB television like last week's Fringe and parts of the recent SPN eps, and... wow. Great fannish things OVERLOAD. I don't even know how to DEAL with this much awesome, people. o_O)
