wow what a weekend so far. Friday i went to kristins house in northfield. its such a cute neighborhood. seemed very laidback and friendly. so un new york lol. a bunch of the guys from school went to, heh we had a blast. i ate so much and i drank a lil too. hah shes got this dog hallie who is sorta annoying but really adorable. shes a chocolate lab i think. maybe black. i dunno... all i know is that i want one lol. saturday was interesting too. i hung out with this kid ryan who we all met at a sigma pi party a few nites ago. hes really sweet. i could tell we have a connection but im not gonna rush anything. like we spent the entire day together and i didnt get sick of him. i had corn beef for the first time it was pretty good i guess. very irish lol. when i got back from his house me and a few of the guys from here hung out. i winded up beating paulie up for eating my ramen which he was supposed to make for me. sometimes i dont think im as nice to him as i should be. im probably gonna go talk to him one on one later. hah then me chris and 3rd man went on a smoke up ride at like 330am.... it was so much fun lol. needless to say i didnt get to bed til like 430 500ish lol. i am getting to bed so late lately. i did some thinking this past weekend. i realized that things in life are only as good as you make them out to be. that things are not always good and bad, that they are bittersweet. i have to try a little harder to make things work for me in college. i still miss my friends from home, but i have a great web of friends here. and the best part about it is that they are here with me 24/7. and if i need anything i.e. food, advice, water, a good laugh... they are only down the hall. i just gotta give em a chance. i think in time they can be like my friends from home. maybe things arent so bad after all.
