augh, no matter how hard I try I can't keep myself from getting Lady Gaga songs stuck in my head. I can't tell if I like them or not. I suspect that I might? I'm not sure that I'm okay with that.

I'm pretty sure I was sitting across from Ryan Stiles on the bus today.

I had been told that he lived in Bellingham, and runs an improv theater, but hadn't seen him yet. Kinda amusing.

Question for those who do martial arts or have in the past: what kind of martial arts did you do and what drew you to that form?

My landlords are apparently on Facebook. No, they haven't requested me as a friend but somehow Facebook managed to bring them up under "Suggestions" for friends&etc.

This creeps me out a lot. We've nothing in common on Facebook except for being in the Bellingham network and Facebook doesn't usually throw suggestions at me based merely on that ( Read more... )

There Are Those Who Love To Get Dirty

There are those who love to get dirty
and fix things.
They drink coffee at dawn,
beer after work,

And those who stay clean,
just appreciate things,
At breakfast they have milk
and juice at night.

There are those who do both,
they drink tea.

I believe I am what the experts would diagnose as "In Over My Head."
(Non-academically, that is. Academically, I am in at just my height.)

Some days I yearn for the social skills of someone else entirely.
