this is my poli sci paper:
Invoking the power of eminent domain, the town of New London, Connecticut is looking to evict residents from their homes in the neighborhood of Fort Trumbull, in favor of two waterfront hotels, a building owned by Pfizer, and a few other business entities. Fort Trumbull is a destitute area, generating little tax revenue for the town. If private businesses take over, not only would they generate much needed tax revenue, but they would create jobs for the struggling town. Although, at first glance, it may seem unjust to take away people’s homes, Plato would argue that the benefits to the community greatly outweigh the inconvenience to the few.
In conclusion, the residents of Fort Trumbull are fucking pussies, and should realize that if they will just accept the government's money and move, the world will be a better place.

i slept on the couch for a while today and my cat slept on top of me, and he is really heavy and now my body hurts. i just thought i'd mention that.
