On Collage
Collage enlists my indifference. It enlists my indifference because collage seems to try to remind me of the culture I live in but only succeeds in flattening out the tensions that keep this consumer culture ticking over.
I really need a collage to hit me, hard. But I'm not chasing Snow to rely on his petty criminality to alleviate this very western malaise of mine. The law invites its own transgression, Snow is just enjoying everything like everyone else; like me, like you, like every inhuman human.
