Perhaps it’s a mission. I sense the bird as an enemy, and perhaps I'm supposed to kill what it represents (which could be this Harvey Birdman). I am well renowned as an expert bounty hunter/assassin so perhaps a powerful being decided to contact me, and did so in a very discrete way. One thing that puzzles me is that the message did not contain the price of the bounty, or ways about getting to Harvey Birdman.

I’m just kidding and tired too. Weather or not if I will assassinate you isn’t the question. The real question is by what means. As a bounty hunter, I have a variety of skills that have to do with the art of death. Do to my failure to completely shield myself from an E.M.P. while in battle with a ninja wielding a grenade launcher, I have lost some information. So I must ask again. What is the bounty worth that you put on yourself? Now I must go initiate repairs.
