Treo 600 Alzheimers
Many of you may have heard me hinting darkly recently that my old Treo 600 smartphone was ailing. This was one of the main reasons I jumped on the bandwagon on June 6th and bought a Palm Pre. Unfortunately, due to all the rumor and innuendo, and just plain FUD (which I foolishly bought into) I waited to upload all of the info from the Treo 600 to the Pre.
Last night, the Treo 600 completely erased it's memory.
I'm not terribly upset over this, I have an old backup sitting in the Windows partition of this laptop (which is virus infested) so I'll get most of the information back, eventually. But it does still irk me a bit. On the other hand, my decision to upgrade to the Pre has been vindicated.
