I've set a goal to eat fresh veggies (like, salad) atleast once a day, but

I'm not doing so well on that. 
V8 is the closest thing I am to eating vegitables.
I've been leaving work late these days too, and
I lose appetite by the time I return home.

ENKA(japanese traditional songs).

JERO!

Currently, Japan is getting interested in hiphop culture,
and vise versa.
It's a nice fusion. 

...Is another one of japanese bands that I like. 
Not just  their music (they range from ballad to rap to rock), but I'm drawn to their lyrics.
I translated some of the lyrics (partial) for my own satisfaction but if you are curious.

I spent a couple of hours painting after I came back from the internship.
I can seriously say that when I’m painting (or drawing), I can completely forget about all my problems…!!

I went out to jog to the beach today in the morning.
