This is Halloween, Halloween, Halloween!
I'm already excited. Probably because i've been helping other people plan their costumes.
I need a costume idea that better suits my body type. The two ideas i've had would involve me getting much skinnier. This is unrealistic & undesired.
Mary seems to be doing better. The day after her heart attacks she was having panic attacks but became calmer & more alert after her therapist visited her in the hospital. I finally called my mom & it wasn't as awful as i thought it was going to be. Dez is just as on edge as though it were his mom.
I went to the Kitchen Block Party today. I've had a quiet day & that's very nice for this tiding of autumn. I kind of want to take the ferry to Staten Island & walk around there, just for the feel of it. I made breakfast the other morning. I had to go to the store to get supplies but then we had a spinach & queso blanco omelet, sausage, biscuits with butter & jam, OJ, & apple slices. It put the cooking bug back in me.
School brightens my creative right side. I wish i could spark it more on my own. This is what i would like to learn this year: how to learn without pressure.
I want concert tickets & Ticketmaster wants my soul. I've applied to some jobs that wouldn't make me miserable to see if i can balance those things out. Antithetical to my "i need an hourly job b/c i don't have the time or client base to freelance" position, i've been contacted by two people who want to keep working with me even though i'll be spending my days in class.
