A journal close to my heart
Hey kids, my brother Dave and our families are planning a cancer fundraising event. It will be the Bowling Down Cancer event, and it will be Saturday, November 17th at 1p.m., at Jug's Bowling Center.
The event will be $25 per person, and the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in memory of my Dad.
If you would like to make a donation, we are accepting them at the myspace page we set up for the event. The site is http://www.myspace.com/bowlingdowncancer.
We also need donations of things for door prizes, or just general prize type donations. If anyone who reads this knows of someone/someplace that would be willing to donate, please ask them or e-mail us the info @ info@bowlingdowncancer.com.
Hopefully, we can get a big draw and give away some cool stuff and raise money to help fight this awful enemy!
