* Back Take: Use cross-grip on the opponent's sleeve. Push kick opponent's hip to disrupt their balance and then insert the kicking foot in behind their trapped knee; Push the trapping foot through to their far hip to turn the opponent and then scoot behind, not just relying on their turning to give up their back; Use the hand with the ankle grip for the grip on their belt
* Cross-grip Sweep: Push kick the opponent's hip to disrupt their balance and use their momentum to sit up. Transfer their sleeve to one's hand that has the ankle grip behind the opponent's leg. Use the free hand to reach for their opposite leg while falling underneath the oppnonent. Keep shifting the hips under the opponent until he falls. NOTE: Use hips for power, not a roll or sheer muscle.
