• I'm afraid that 1 - 20 don't count. you're qoting Bible passages at me when the information requested is from the Torah; probably should've mentioned that but had assumed it was a given. Before he showed up, as is written/typed up there there was no Bible.
• While I suppose spiritual niceties might argue this...by alive I meant after he was born.
