I was happy once I got this pattern going yesterday, this is the first time I've tried this pattern so it was great fun.   I wanted to finish the blanket yesterday but fell asleep with just two rows left so I finished it this morning.  Found the pattern on Ravelry.

 Took tonight off because I wasn't feeling so well but did make the 4 I need to finish each day plus started a bunch I'll finish tomorrow night.

  First, thank you to everyone who replyed to the pole...I don't know what my friend is thinking not wanting to tie in ends. .but...to each his own I suppose.
