Raquel fininshed her first complete preemie set last night!
Mittens, booties and matching matching hat! She still has them as she needs to finish the ends on one of the mittens and then I'll have to put in some ribbons but regardless.

I'm also kind of proud of myself because I wrote the pattern down on paper for her incase I wasn't around. Other then thinking an S was a 5 she was able to make the mittens without asking much help from me, so I'm happy to see I wrote the pattern (even though I can't take credit for inventing it) down right the first time. I HATE when people post patterns that are incorrect, waste of time to go though all the work and it's not coming out right! I suppose since I've made over 300 pairs if I had written it wrong that would just show what a terrible teacher I am but as I said before I'm AWESOME!!!!
For that I'm proud of myself for writting the pattern down right as well as teaching her how to read a pattern. They don't have that saying about teaching a man to fish for nothing! No disrespect at all to my main Chicka Ultra-V but I must say Raquel is my best student. I must say in Violet's defense most times I'm trying to teach her a new pattern we're both drinking so....*giggle*
