In the universe's continuing quest to keep me (a) busy and (b) broke, the server seems to have stopped functioning as a server. Possibly as a computer. I will be attempting to replace it in the next couple days. Meanwhile, I can only be emailed at livejournal or gmail, and none of the games or sites will be up ( Read more... )

So half of our house's outlets suddenly stopped working the other day. The ones on the South wall. This was the wall that had all the computerfoo and AV equipment plugged in, meaning we suddenly had no entertainment. SOB ( Read more... )

The server turned itself off this morning sometime between 6 and 7am EST. Why, I don't yet know -- I'm looking into it.

However, all services should be back up at this time. If I missed something, let me know so I can include it for any future reboots.

I need to make myself a specifically geeky icon at some point.

The server is back up.

So are the games.

All appears, at first glance, to be working within acceptable parameters.
