I actually had this moment embedded in my head. But, I didn't remember the ball pit until I rewatched the episode. Just Sheldon popping up and down. In fact, I have a vague recollection of a Loony Tunes cartoon that does the same thing (To Elmer Fudd if I remember correctly).
