I'm amazed at the things they can do for convinence sake...
Saw a commercial yesterday of the new 'tube cookie' from Pilsbury... It's brownies! Basically, you slather this tube of brownie batter into a pan and bake. Voila! Instant brownies.
Now, granted, I can't eat the 'convinence' cookies, so I couldn't probably eat the brownie version... Basically, the moment you add preservatives to the mix, it frells it up...
I prefer ithidriall and mine method... Make the cookie dough, freeze the dough in cookie size pieces, then roll them up in cling wrap and foil... That way, you can pull out a half dozen or whatever you want to make into cookies. Those are damn fine cookies!
That, or you can eat the dough straight from the freezer like I do... :)
