aarondb Came up with this Idea a while ago but stopped updating/lost interest, so I'm going to have a go in an attempt to flex my GM muscles.
The idea is I write a section of story and then you are left with options on how to continue, like those 'choose your own adventure' book I'm sure you all read as a kid. If there is overwhelming response to do something I have not listed then I will go with whatever the majority demands. So without further delay!
Dreams are weird, you float through a ball-pool filled with small voles that attack on sight, or you're in a frictionless land that seems to be populated by people who all show no surprise that you are naked or, like this case, you're trying to buy a present for your mother in a shopping mall when the assistant who's helping you screams instead of talking.
Jerking awake you take a moment to realise where you are, you must have drifted off while you were watching TV.
You sit up in the easy-chair in front of the television, now lighting your room with a eerie static and a low hiss, you have no idea of the time. The last thing you remember is showering and then deciding to watch the late-show in your bath-robe to get you in the mood for bed, obviously it worked too well.
Just as you go to stand there is a thump on your door, it's not unusual in your apartment complex for someone to bang on your door on the way past or some drunk simply pass out in the corridor as they lose enthusiasm to make it to their bed.
Do you?
Investigate the door.
Go to bed.
Watch some more TV.
(Okay i know this may seem like a no-brainer, but trust me I'm setting the mood, there is no 'dud' choices all of them are interesting.)
