The other day I was called in to work at a store that has a high probability of being robbed.
I found out that the management were trying to get an all-male staff in because of this.

This is obviously sexist, but is it wrong? And if so, who is being wronged?

(I'm asking because I am honestly undecided on this so feel free to comment, I won't bite.)
