lake titicaca, the highest lake in the world

Mar 11, 2008 17:30

south america's largest lake and the highest navigable body of water in the world, at 12,000 feet lake titicaca offers blistering sun even in the rainy reason, a plethora of birds, and some jaw dropping views. the surrounding town of puno was the launching point for our adventures, our luck could not have been better with the weather as we saw rainstorms, sunshine, and rainbows, all in a day on lake titicaca
