So I rung up BT to give them shit about their line engineer that seemingly couldn't be arsed showing up the other day. This was Monday evening. They told me that they'd contact me within 24 hours to let me know when an engineer will show up. IT is now Wednesday and, like Monday's supposed engineer visit, the call never came.
