So I went to pick up my Elite from Tesco today. Was pretty stoked. I get back and find that the right thumbstick on the wireless controller it comes with is knackered. I take it back expecting a straight swap but NO. Apparently, since online orders are dealt via a different company, what they effectively had to do was refund me my money and then place a new order, which I will have to collect on Friday! What faggotry is this?? They have the same bundle in their stores, on their shelves! But because they cost £200 in store I would have to, effectively, refund on the current order and put that money towards the same product in store.
I suppose Friday's not too bad. I mean, sets me up for the weekend... though I will be spending Saturday and Sunday in Liverpool, most likely.
I did contemplate leaving it, as I already had one wired and one wireless controller (which is never used) and a 3rd controller would be another excess. However, it's the principle of having paid a lot of money for a product and expecting it to all be in perfect working order on receipt XD
