Most snow in years

We are under a lake effect snowstorm warning until 7 p.m. tomorrow. Started early this morning. Not a lot of snow where I live - but it was doing this misty, sleety thing and the sidewalks looked slick so I didn't do the usual breakfast :( That was a bummer, but I guess Akron got a lot of snow. Hearing the roads were a mess this evening.

Snow really started to pick up around 11 or so today, and it's still snowing hard. Wouldn't be surprised if there was 4 or more inches out there now, and counting. This is the most snow we've had in at least four years, and with the temperatures it looks like it will be sticking around for a while. At least the temperatures won't be quite as cold as earlier forecasts had. Mid-20s for the most part for highs, a couple of days where lows will be in the teens, but at least no single digit or worse. Slow warming trend possible in a couple weeks.

Suppose I shouldn't complain. This is the actual winter we typically get. I'm sure the ski places around here and other spots that have winter sports are having a time like they haven't had in a while. Thankfully I ordered groceries delivered yesterday and excepting maybe Wednesday don't really have to go anywhere for a while. As long as I've got what I need and don't have to go out in that crap, I'm good.
