I've just sent my credential 8 times in the last two hours. Not just here, but most for abroad.

The reasons: SATURATION POINT. GREENER PASTURE. NEW ENVIRONMENT. BIGGER PAY.

The culprits: JOB SECURITY. FLEXIBLE JOB DESCRIPTION. HUGE TAX PAYMENTS/DEDUCTIONS.
