I had spoken to another rep. from the financing company and asked how long it took before it would be "official" with the purchase. She told me that they have until 3 weeks after the purchase before they can touch the paperwork, so we're going today (we didn't have time the past few days) and try to settle things. If they don't cooperate, then I'm giving the keys back and going to Honda of Clear Lake. Next time... I'm going to look thoroughly through our "Preferred Dealers" list. Champion was on there... but it was Champion Ford, Chevrolet and Mitsubishi.
