the ac's broken here at work... and it makes me even more pissed off...
Fuck Champion Toyota. Fucking lying shits. I traded the eclipse for an 07 Corolla in hopes that they were gonna fax the invoice and purchase agreement over here to my job. I bought it on the 13th, and they told me that they were going to fax the info first thing on saturday morning. I waited... I called on tuesday telling them to fax it and that I didn't want that extra shit that they decided to throw in there (GAP and VCP... I can get that for half the price here at work), so the guy tells me ok. it never happened. the head of indirect lending, who also works in the same building as i do, purchased a camry from them about a month back and went through the same shit. she called for me about 5 times throughout the week, and, oddly, the financial advisors were never in... nor did they ever get back to her. i went there on saturday to show my proof of income, and some were there... what... were they all on vacation until that day? i asked a guy up there if they could fax the info, and he had the nerve to tell me that they're not the toyota bank. i would have to get in touch with the toyota motor credit corp. and they would send it. i talked to a nice lady named gina today... and she works for the credit corp. she seemed frustrated at the fact that they lied to me like that, and she told me that tmcc hasn't received any purchase info on me yet and I would be able to get champion to fax it over. she also gave me the numbers to the customer experience center and the corporate office just in case they give me crap again. i called champion and spoke to a receptionist, and she helped me a lot better than any of those dumb fucks that work with her. she got the financial director to send the invoice and agreement... BUT IT WAS A "LIKE" INVOICE AND THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF THAT EXTRA SHIT!!! I called back and told him that i appreciate that they sent the stuff, but I need the real invoice and the purchase agreement minus the insurance add ons. He got pissed and said, "Well, you need to come in and sign the purchase agreement all over again." I got mad because of his attitude told him that it was fine and that I was going to go in today and expect to have the bullshit extra shit removed and I wanted my $800 down payment back since i'm going to finance the car through jsc... plus... the fucker that sold me the car kinda conned me into paying the 800... this is what happens when i'm sleepy as fuck at around midnight...
