help, i'm alive
Since I never post with the exception of friend's filtered entries from time to time, I figured I'd just write something for fun. The highlight of my weekend was attending the New Edition concert. :) I now officially have their entire discography stuck in my head. I was also very thrilled that Johnny Gill performed "My, My, My." Such sweet baby making music. Anyhow, I bought tickets to see Beach House in September. I'm beyond excited. I'm anxiously waiting for the 2012 Treasure Island Music Festival lineup to be released. I would like to attend at least one festival this year since I missed Coachella and I am going to have to miss Outsidelands. I am going to spend my birthday in Vegas and I've been applying to both writing and education-related jobs. Oh, and I feel like there have been a lot of good albums released this year and I really hope I never get tired of music. I don't even think that's humanly possible though.
