... or that's what it feels like anyway. I've been watching my sugar and carbs since Thursday, and i felt pretty good at first. I actually took off a few pounds (finally). But today... it's kinda like caffeine withdrawal times 5. My head hurts, I'm dizzy and shaky and chilly. I'm moody. I really want to sleep. I've taken ibuprofin and it hasn't helped. The hard part is that I know if I went and got some sugar this would go away, for a little while anyway. That's the whole problem, my blood sugar is low. But, fighting my low blood sugar with sugar right now would be counterproductive, so I guess I just need to suffer through this for a bit until I can get the excess insulin out of my system.

P.S. if anyone out there thinks that I'm being psychotic and knows a better way to do this (read
dilatedeyes ) then please enlighten me. :(
