Will this be the day?
Roughly two months ago I had Cox come hook up high speed internet and cable. As of this morning, I am still not able to use either because my landlord apparantly just put a cable jack on the wall leading to nowhere.
That has since been fixed, but Cox has to hook up something in the basement. Landlord won't give me the key to the basement. Cox says that their tech will not go get the key. Landlord says they do it all the time. This will be about the third time that I've tried to get this hooked up since the landlord actually did what they were supposed to do. If it doesn't work out today, I swear to God some major blood vessel in my head is going to burst.
Actually, if it doesn't work out today I will call Cox to cancel my service and ream them like there's no tomorrow.
