Very minor setback with an app... I have to apply again, which is fine- I everything down and ready to submit again. The only frustrating thing is that I can't do so until the first week in March. Guh. Which sets me back a month and a half in the app process.
Last night, I actually did wushu conditioning for 50 minutes and worked out for an hour and a half after that. I. Feel. So. Good! Of course, I woke up this morning with a sore back and stiff legs (yay wushu jumps!) and decided that an evening workout would be more appropriate.
I think keeping a workout log that's accountable on this blog might help me become more responsible with my workouts. As it is, I wake up in the morning and am like "Oh, but I went to bed so late last night... I'll work out later." Which, is fine on Tuesdays, but shouldn't be admissible any other weekday morning. So I apologize in advance if a workout log is not what you want to read in my blog, but that's what you'll be getting (as well as my normal posts).
