(no subject)
so i spent the weekend in boston with tom visiting his and my best friends. we stayed steven's apt (which is a very large spacious four bedroom 2 bath apt on the B line...very very nice) and spent the days in the the city eating, walking around, and visiting suffolk.
i met with my professor's brother who is a prof. at suffolk, and chatted with him for an hour about what to expect while in law school/what i should do to prepare. he's a great guy, really easy to talk to, so it was pretty fun.
the rest of that day (that was friday) was spent shopping with tom, and then meeting up with Kate (my friend from australia) who i haven't seen in over a year. we hung out at a bar by quincy market, and then left to meet up with steven and liz at a dive bar around BC. tom getting drunk is pretty funny. :)
on saturday we all went to brunch on newberry/newburry/however the hell you spell it and then walked around for a bit before we realized all we really wanted was a nap. the rest of that night was pretty chill- pizza and a movie at the apt was in order.
we got back yesterday and i had my acceptance letter from Drexel law in my mail box. along with the acceptance, they told me that they were awarding me 22k. tuition is 28K.
