On the next day, its Friday, PE time, all the boys and girls changed into their PE uniform, Yuri together with his gang were all lazy to participate in some activity, but then Yamada said that there will be a prize for those who will win the activity then the five of them became so fired up.
“first for those who will win our activity will have opportunity to go and experience the onsen for free, I have 5 tickets here, so group yourself now into five, then we will move on to some warm-up”
“ne Hika did you see that ticket, we need to win that” Yuri seems so energetic today.

“WHO” Kei ‘s words became intriguing that’s why, since they have no rules, they can put what word they want. Yuri came up with the word “HIKANOOBU” then the cute boy laughed. “see, I’m such a genius, man” he crossed his arms while Takaki is thinking, he can’t think and he wants to stop the frank putting the words that hits him, yes he is gay but not at all, only half of his heart.

“RIGHT” Yabu….”AGREE” Hika…”LOL” Kei…then its Yuri’s turn again, he wants to end it now so he put the word.. “BISEXUAL” ..”okay X is a triple letter and it’s a double word, okay I win , loser” he stood up and stretched his arms and legs but then he collapsed in front of his friend, they were shocked to see Yuri on the floor lifeless, they rushed at Yuri’s side, they shook his body but there’s no response, Yamada panicked and lifted the boy into bridal style and brought him immediately to the hospital because the infirmary is under renovation.
They entered the Morimoto Hospital, the nearest hospital on their school, Yamada asked for assistance.
Ryutaro is on the hallway, listening to various JPOP song, when he saw a familiar figure on a man’s arms, he run and approached it.
“Yuri” he shouted. “what happened” he asked taking Yuri away from Yamada’s arms.
“we don’t know, he collapsed in an instant” Yamada answered.
“ohh this brat didn’t take his medicine on time” Ryutaro supposed.

“don’t tell me, you didn’t know that he is sick , he has disease that is incurable” Yamada’s expression can’t be draw, he is blank.
“you are his adviser, you should know what’s your student’s condition” at Ryutaro’s tone, it feels like he is blaming Yamada for being irresponsible.
“ohh don’t take my words seriously, I’m just ahh nevermind” Yamada just nodded.

“you always say that, I’ve been imprisoned here for 8 years and in that 8 years, its been your dialogue” he shouted again.”There’s nothing changed, I’m still weak”
“let me go, the only cure for my wounded heart and disease is Yamada Ryosuke” Yuri became more aggressive.
“I’ll drink that medicine if you take him here” he shouted again pushing all the people blocking his way.
Ryutaro left his task and slapped Yuri’s face which all the people at the hospital succeeded that scene.
“are you crazy, in all patient I met, you are the only one who wish to die” Ryutaro is holding Yuri’s wrist.
“who are you, the hell you care if I want to die” Yuri’s sharp tongue didn’t scared Ryutaro.
“stop it, you filthy spoiled brat, you see the patient here, they’re hoping to be healthy again and just for once don’t be such a reckless patient here, stop acting like you don’t want to be good”
“I don’t care, this is my life, I’ll decide on my own” Yuri shouted again but Ryutaro cupped his face and sealed it with a kiss. He kissed the boy for him to stop the ruckus, its disturbing the other patient, and instead of Yuri slapping him, the boy just said. “take me back to my room and prepare all my medicines” Yuri left Ryutaro standing with a smile of victory.
“don’t worry when I became a professional doctor, I’ll make you a special medicine just for you and I’ll name it Yamada Ryosuke tablet” he teased.
Kissing that brat is not a bad idea at all and it really works, some of his co-trainee congratulated him, because the no tamed patient was stopped by the coolest soon to be doctor at the hospital.Ryutaro frowned when he remembered the name Yamada Ryosuke, he is curious who is that guy in Chii’s life.
After that, Yuri asked the head of the hospital, if Ryutaro can be his personal nurse, they became close, closer and closer, until Ryutaro’s heart beats whenever he saw Yuri, the latter even opened his heart sharing some of his story and even about his first love Yamada Ryosuke, how the boy was really hurt when he waited long and disappointed.
Time has passed, Ryutaro became a professional doctor, he graduated and Yuri’s doctor retired from his job that’s why now he became the boy’s personal doctor whenever he had check-ups.
“Ne Ryuutan, I saw my first love again” Yuri uttered. Ryutaro’s heart was crumpled hearing that.
“really, how” he replied though he is hurt to know that.
“he is my homeroom teacher but he didn’t recognize me, maybe because I became more handsome” he just laughed, when the boy’s cockiness showed again.

Yuri was discharged from the hospital though he still needs to undergo on daily check up, he came back on being a kind student, listening to Yamada hyped him up to go to school, Yamada decided to accompany Yuri with his check up since the latter requested.
Its Saturday, meaning tomorrow will be their free time, After his check up, Yuri asked Yamada if they can go on the park to have some little chats, standing under the sunset, looking at the river Yuri asked something.
“ne Yama-sensei, tomorrow is your day off right, then you are free whole day” Yuri asked looking to Yamada’s eyes.
“meet me at the amusement park tomorrow at 3:00 pm” Yuri moved an inch closer to Yamada’s face.
“ehh why me”
“because there’s someone I remember whenever I go to that place” yes he remembered Yamada but it’s a lie that he always go there because it hurts him a lot.
“promise me that you will show up this time, I don’t want to wait the same person twice, I’m really an impatient person” he run and left Yamada dumbfounded and blank.
“I promise” Yamada just answered though his mind is out of the country.
Yuri just grinned when he saw Yamada’s reaction.
“ehhh what did he just say awhile ago” Yamada think and think.
“this time….twice, what does he mean…the same person” Yamada is still curious, he still has no idea that the boy he loved in the past is the Okamoto Yuri he is fallen right now.
Yuri told Ryutaro that tomorrow he will say the truth to Yamada, he can’t wait to love again, hold Yamada’s hand again, hug him again and kiss him again since they only gave each other, a smack kiss and not that passionate. Ryutaro worried about Yuri what if, if that incident happens again, Yuri will get hurt again, what if Yamada, didn’t show up, he should be happy or not. Yuri came so early, its only 2:30 pm meaning 30 minutes more before Yamada will came. He just took a seat at the bench, while waiting, he didn’t know why it felt like he came back to that time, its raining , he saw himself holding an umbrella waiting for Yamada patiently but that was led only to disappointment and pains.
He sighed when its already 3:30 there’s still no sign of Yamada then a rain comes again, he didn’t know if his gonna cry again or what, is he becoming hopeless again, why Yamada didn’t show up again, then there’s a boy who puts umbrella over him, he smiled in happiness.
