And then there were three. One grad school rejection arrived today (from Illinois, via email, the letter is still to come), and I call boo. I was fine with not getting into all of them, but I was really hoping the first school I heard back from would accept me and then any rejection wouldn't sting so much. Starting off with rejection just makes me feel worse. I suppose I should just think, "It's their loss," but it's still a bummer.

Also, I haven't really had any spiders in my downstairs bathroom for a while (it used to be a problem back when I first moved in) but tonight there was one. I'm hoping it was a loner, and I did kill it, but we'll see.
