The good:
-Dinner with Jessica at a very quaint and very delicious Italian place: Lobster stuffed ravioli!!
-Craig painting one of the upstairs bedroom a beautiful gray that pleases me to no end. Also meaning we only have one unpainted room left in the house
-Drinks at the Sundial (this was actually a couple of weeks ago, but I still can't get over the views of the city!)
-Auburn football that has been surprisingly enjoyable to watch
-A very doting husband who seconds as a fabulous chef. I've eaten extremely well this week and haven't prepared a single meal.
-Recovering very well. Normal pathology results, some of the best news I heard all week.
The bad:
-Horrible, awful, no good headaches that I just can't seem to shake. I know they are caused by the dramatic drop in my hormones, but come on! Give a girl a break!
-Emotions are a constant roller coaster. Also blaming hormones here.
-Time. I considered writing this entry last night and I'm certain I would have titled it "two weeks". I'm gaging time by how many moments/days/weeks have passed. I'm trying hard to not think in terms of how many weeks I would have been. It's getting better.
I am finding silver linings in all of these clouds. The world is not as detrimental as I considered it a week ago. Life continues on much to my previous dismay and at the same time, relief. My perspective on the important things has shifted and while I'm not quite the same person I was 10 weeks ago, I'm confident it's for the better.
