I'm getting fustrated with working 7-4. But i'm not fustrated with the type of work i'm doing. I'm fustrated with the fact that i'm inactive. I'm starting to gain weight. And its all hanging in my midsection. ARGHHHHHH!!!! its sooo fustrating. I don't know what to do because i already go to the gym 4X a week and i eat less than i use to. I
