Well, for Pete's sake!  It's Miss Alli!

This completely awesome blog about weight-loss, Losing the Cow, is written by Miss Alli of Television Without Pity fame!

Why didn't I know this?  Geez, I've met her in person, but I never made the connection with this blog.  No wonder it's so good!

I don't either, actually. Used to be religious about reading the Buffy boards, but not so much anymore. Someone on my flist (musesfool? mincat?) linked to it last month or so, and I loved it immediately. Glad you liked!
