Further productivity bulletins as events warrant
Quick journal update while the magic Internet is on. I was very good tonight, doing all the stuff I was supposed to do (amazing how No Internet helps with that). I went through nearly everything in my upstairs hallway, and sorted out the Give from the Sell. I bagged up some of the Give to make it easier to handle, and moved it all to the Spare Room, out of sight. I moved all the Sell to my bedroom, also out of sight to guests, and even started taking pics for uploading, only stopping when the camera battery died. That is bonus! I was only supposed to make the hallway look good! Plus, I did a couple loads of laundry and I swept the kitchen and ran the dishwasher.
My energy was helped tonight by watching The Office while I ate my dinner (also impressive - I actually made Sloppy Joes, which involved several ingredients and using the stove. And I only had to call my mommy once). I happened to see the Jim/Pam wedding episode, which ends with the "JK Wedding Dance" tribute. It gave me such good feelings! Yes, the characters are goofy, but there are brief shining moments where you can see them appreciate each other amidst everything else. And I adore the JK Wedding Dance to bits, so anything related is bound to get me going.
Tomorrow, I will clean the bathroom, finish clearing out the hallway, and see if I can't tidy up a bit more in the bedroom. I can close that door, but I do so enjoy showing off my bed.
