That's right, streaming music from your PC straight to your Wii. (Do note if you use firefox, you need to get a plug-in to get the program to install properly). Only uses about 32,000 K memory (less than firefox), so you can run it all the time, and then have your Wii set up in another room (like oh, the front room or den), and stream music to your ears whenever away from your PC.
So far I'm already setting up playlists and having fun with it. Obviously my Wii and my PC are in the same room, so the set up is a bit redundant (though my TV does have better speakers all things considered). However during parties and stuff I'll be able to throw this in the den with playlists by artists that people can pick and basically turn my wii into a jukebox for parties.
