Oh also do you have to use the LJ cuts? They're really annoying unless they're for memes and stuff.

ah, thank you, Mr Pedantic, clearly you are correct. I plead tiredness/braindeadness in my defence...

As for LJ cuts - I use them for the benefit of people with lots of friends who post often, primarily, and to reduce the amount of garbage people reading through my posts actually have to read if they don't want to. Will try to reduce the temptation to use them in the future; but long rants will ALWAYS be consigned to LJ cuts, so apologies in advance!
