I need to upgrade the encryption software on my work machine. Although I don't see why this could negatively impact screenreader funcctioning, I've been unpleasantly surprised in the past at the level of inaccessibility or incompatibility I've encountered. Would somebody be willing to hang out as backup visually-capable person (it could be at a coffee place or something even) just in case speech craps out on me midway through? It involves being ready to read what's on the screen, and maybe maneuvering the mouse/touchpad. It should be very little like the adventure that
rjl20 an I had with my network drivers and the Cisco VPN, since I don't think any of this requires stepping through the bootup screen (or muttering obscenities at the cursed Dell laptop.) But I could be wrong. I've been wrong before.
Thanks.
