Okay, I think that physiological and behavioral indicators make it safe to say that Pepper really is better now. She is eating, and bouncy and wiggly and killing her toys again.
The evil evil rimadyl* has left her system and the medication she is now on is successfully managing the residual digestive issues.
In other news, does anyone know a good place to buy one of those smaller glass teapots that comes with infuser? (I just broke mine, and it may be safe to retry the great tea-instead-of-coffee experiment that was curtailed by having to handle a sick dog and a busy work schedule.)
* Okay, rimadyl isn't really evil. There's evidence that it does a lot of good for older dogs. However, I do not recommend that anyone Google "rimadyl side effects" at 4:30 in the morning after taking the dog out for the third or fourth time that night, the second night in a row. It could ... adversely affect one's outlook, as it were.
