I was looking at that poster, too. Is pretty cool, yes. And it would piss Jazz off, which is a bonus. ;)

And yeah, forget fighting Decepticons with military hardware. Just release the fangirls! Barricade, at least, would be a goner... ;)

See movie again? Hmmmmm... Either that or find a decent bootleg to tide us over until the DVD is released (Which will, of course, be one to buy...)

Nah, nah, no loving for Barricade. (For which he is eternally grateful, I might add.) Or any of the movie folks, really. I'm-a just not seeing it. Maybe I will eventually (Not gonna close any doors, m'self), but so far there's just not enough known about these guys for me to want to or be able to sic 'em on each other.

Well, other than joking around with Barricade and PJ, yeah. But that would be strictly just for fun as a silly mind exercise, not for anything "serious." I actually see the movie as a different continuity altogether, so in my mind even PJ and Barricade don't cross paths except in my nutty brain...

But yes, lots of Barricade torturing to be done. Just not of the romance-y variety. :)

Yah, I can't see any slash couples coming out of this movie either (even with Frenzy... he's just having too much fun getting it on with Air Force One).

But... I still giggle about Barricade/Bumblebee. It seemed that Barricade was hot on Bee's tail in the last issue of IDW's prequel too! ;p

Nah, I think it's just that Barricade likes yellow things in the same way that hummingbirds like red things or certain birds of the crow family like blue things.

Barricade: Oooooh, shiny yellow thing! Must...follow...

But seriously...I'm not one to just stick folks together without a reason for it. And, like I said, I just don't really know about any of these movie characters enough to start pairing them up. And I'm really not feeling any urge to do so, either. *shrugs* I like 'em well enough just the way they are. :)

Hmmm... I would accept your offer except that I've already got one coming from eBay. :/ The guy's already shipped it, even. Tell you what, though; If you've got Barricades in stores in your area, you should buy a bunch and sell the extras on eBay. People are paying, like, $20 for one. They're apparently hard to find...?

And if Mike customs one...Wanna see pics. Heck, I might buy one from him... I'm still drooling over that RC custom Barricade... *sigh*

But yet, I haven't really been all that overly impressed with any of the movie TF's in a huge fan-ish way. Yet. ^^

For me, as with anything else, it's what the character has come to be in my own mind that makes me like him. For some reason, my mind ran with him. I don't know why. And my fear, actually, is that he will be in the 2nd movie (from what the writers of the first one have said) and that they'll make him into something that I don't like. In some ways, it would have been better had he died. Then I wouldn't have to worry about it. :)

But yeah, in general, one of my main complaints about the movie is that the robots (all of them, with the possible exception of Bumblebee) kinda got short shrift. Thus, there's not much to grab hold of. Barricade grew in my mind on his own for some reason (Much as Starscream did, back in the 80s) and Ironhide grabbed me with the weapon-happiness. I really can't say much about the others...

I hope you are aware of the WHITE re-deco of Barricade that's coming later this year.

Just wanted to add to the Barricade madness! XD

I had heard something about a re-deco, yes. Usually, I'm not overly fond of them. But, in Barricade's case, it's possible that an exception will be made. *headdesk* Particularly because Frosty's more of a completist than I am. :)
