Ye Olde Quickie Post
This weekend was...way too short. (But then, aren't they all? :) ) Saturday was spent first at our subdivision's garage sale, at which we made about $150. Which I think is a pretty good haul for a garage sale. At the very least, it got rid of some stuff. Then we went into town to drop off the stuff that didn't sell and that we didn't want to put on eBay at the Humane Society's thrift store. Then we went to lunch at Steamworks. (Yummy! :D ) And then...UGH, then we went grocery shopping. The upshot: We were out of the house at 6:45 AM on Saturday to set up for the garage sale. We didn't get back home after grocery shopping until 7PM. Busy, busy day. The bad thing about busy weekend days is that they make the weekends go by so much more quickly. :( But at least we made some money, so all was not lost.
And to make up for the busy-ness yesterday, I did...absolutely nothing today. Sat on my butt and enjoyed it immensely. *sigh* The only thing I did was start an eBay auction. And that...is all. Tomorrow is Monday. Tomorrow is the first day of school for the boys. Tomorrow is also the first day of orchestra rehearsal, so it will be another freakishly long day. And we're playing all Mozart for the first concert. Bleagh! :P That means one thing: BORING CELLO PART! :p Well, I suppose it's better than not playing at all...
