(no subject)
So I figured I would make a quick update since schools done and summers starting. I start my first day working two jobs tomorrow at the daycare then closing at the library. I’m pretty excited to have two jobs lined up but I am going to be very busy Monday- Friday lol. I also got my grades back from school and for the first semester like ever I did pretty well. I got A’s in all of my education classes so that was awesome and I got an A in my sociology class, but I got a C in my economic geography class which I was wicked pissed about. I really thought I could pull off a B, but I suppose it wasn’t too bad.
Dustin seems to be doing very well. He seems to like his job at S&S but I think he’s just happy to be back at work. I’m looking forward to see how this summer plays out and what happens when I leave we haven’t really talked about that yet.
My dad is doing pretty awful. He was caught drinking again and just isn’t taking care of himself. He has a really bad infection in his leg that is constantly leaking shit. I ended up taking him to the emergency room on Thursday and he was admitted to the hospital that night.
He’s been there for the past weekend and he should get out this week. After he gets out he’s going to have to go for daily IV’s of antibiotics. So he’s just still a mess.
So I’m pretty excited for the summer I don’t have too much planed which I’m looking forward too. In two weekends I’m driving down to Virginia for a family party and I’m taking my roommate down to see her grad school in DC. Other than that I hope for a lot of time down at the beach.
